Our delivery time begins once your order is accepted. It includes a 48-hour processing period during which your items will be prepared and dispatched.

While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered as expected, deliveries to remote locations may not always arrive within the specified shipping timeframe. We collaborate closely with our shipping partners to minimize any potential delays for our international customers. However, please note that we are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.

• UK Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days, weekdays only) – £9.95
• EU Standard Delivery (3-17 Business Days) – £9.95
• Middle East Standard Delivery (3-17 Business Days) – £13.95

We aim to process our orders on weekdays between 09:00 am – 05:00 pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders using our express delivery must be placed before 1 pm. Orders for UK Express delivery received after 01:00 pm will be processed the next working day.
