After placing an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and your selected shipping method. For weight-based items, the total weight will be rounded up to the next full pound to comply with our shipping carriers’ policies.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For UK Express delivery, orders placed after 1 pm will be processed the following business day.

Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging—and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Please note, items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a notification about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
