In order to add priced options to the cart, this product must be Visible in the Online Store and set to Don't Track Inventory. Modifying these settings may prevent your shoppers from checking out.
You may safely update the default Title and Image to better suit your shop.
TO REMOVE ADD TO CART BUTTON from this product (optional):
- Go to Products in your Shopify admin
- Click the name of the product
- In the Theme template section, click the drop-down menu
- Select the not-for-sale template
- Click Save

Shipping
We ship worldwide; however, certain product restrictions may apply, and some items may not be eligible for international delivery.
After placing an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and your selected shipping method. For weight-based items, the total weight will be rounded up to the next full pound to comply with our shipping carriers’ policies.
Delivery Options and Rates:
- UK Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days) – Free
- UK Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days, weekdays only) – $14
- EU Standard Delivery (3-17 Business Days) – $14
- Middle East Standard Delivery (3-17 Business Days) – $19
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For UK Express delivery, orders placed after 1 pm will be processed the following business day.

Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging—and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Please note, items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a notification about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@oudrenad.com.
